What are the dimensions of your backpacks?

We sized The Karma Backpack to fit all of your essentials and more. Whether you fill it a little or a lot, the ergonomic design and draped construction keep it lightweight and never bulky.  

Dimensions are as follows:

20.5” at top width
19.5“ total length
12.25” base width
7.25“ base depth
16 3/4” length x 11 1/4” width exterior back laptop compartment

Can the Karma Backpack fit my laptop?

Yes! The interior padded sleeve can fit up to a 13” laptop or iPad and the cushioned exterior zip pocket can fit up to a 16" laptop. It should fit the latest (2023 MacBook Pro 16") 

Which of your bags are vegan?

Yes. All of our bags are vegan! 

Are your bags waterproof?

The synthetic material is naturally water-resistant. However, it is not waterproof and we do not recommend leaving your bag exposed to water for long periods of time. To extend its longevity, we recommend keeping it in dry and cool environments.

How do I clean my Practice Backpack?

We recommend spot cleaning with a mild cleaning product. Please avoid using toxic chemicals.

What is Practice's return policy?

We hope you love your backpack as much as we do. But if you would like to return an unused item, we will accept returns within 40 days of when the item was ordered on our website. We will only accept returns of our products in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

Does Practice offer a warranty?

Yes.

We take every customer experience seriously and hope you get to enjoy your backpack for as long as possible. However, if you find a manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair the item. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or color transfer from other products. 

Every product's warranty is valid for one year beginning on the date of purchase from our website or one of our authorized retailers. 

Once we receive a claim, we reserve the right to determine the eligibility of the product for replacement or repair. 

How do I initiate a warranty claim?

Warranty claims will require proof of purchase i.e. online order number from our website or an authorized retailer, as well as photos of the product and the defect. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship domestically to all 50 states within the US. 

Do you ship internationally?
